Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver a multi-tier microservices platform for enterprise insurance claims processing.
- Build ASP.NET Core Web APIs across Experience, Process, and System service layers.
- Develop Blazor WebAssembly and React applications for claims management portals.
- Write T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas across MSSQL databases.
- Drive DevOps maturity through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and environment-specific configuration.
- Conduct code reviews, identify design issues, and help establish platform-wide coding conventions.
- Lead architecture discussions and collaborate with business analysts to define technical deliverables.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming and architectural guidance.
- Develop onboarding guides and AI usage standards for developers and business analysts.
- Optionally build agentic AI workflow engines and RAG services for claims triage, coverage determination, document analysis, photo analysis, and note summarization.
Requirements
- Experience across the full software delivery lifecycle, including conceptual and detailed design, implementation, testing, and production deployment.
- Experience architecting and delivering enterprise software platforms with ASP.NET Core Web APIs and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with Blazor WebAssembly, MudBlazor, Fluxor/Redux state management, FluentValidation, and React SPAs.
- Experience writing intermediate to advanced T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for MSSQL.
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and configuration management across development, testing, and production environments.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions, collaborate with business analysts, and define technical deliverables.
- Experience conducting code reviews, establishing coding conventions, and mentoring engineers.
- Preferred experience building configurable agentic AI workflow engines and RAG services using Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.
