Responsibilities

Develop detailed automation test cases in collaboration with team members.
Analyze and track product defects and perform root cause analysis of test script failures.
Conduct manual investigations and reproduce functional backend software issues.
Identify test script deficiencies and propose solutions for additional coverage.
Perform investigatory testing of unreleased features, defining requirements and impact.
Document and design test scenarios for all testing activities.
Enhance team's testing processes and methodologies with the latest technology.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in software QA and testing.
Strong knowledge of software QA automation methodologies and backend testing.
Proficient in SQL and solid coding skills, preferably in Java.
Experience in conducting root cause analysis to improve software quality.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
User-focused mindset with good logical thinking abilities.
Fluency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain and exchange domains is advantageous.
Bonus: Experience in functional testing for web and mobile applications.
