Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
- Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
- Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
- Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows to make AI outputs useful, safe, and reliable.
- Prototype quickly, test with users or operators, and productionize successful solutions.
- Improve workflow speed, quality, and consistency where AI creates business value.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
- Ability to connect AI systems with product, data, and operational workflows.
- Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and AI failure modes.
- Ability to prototype, test, and ship practical systems quickly.
- Experience in fintech, insurance, support automation, CRM, or operations automation is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
