Responsibilities
- Define solution architectures and designs that meet business and system requirements within cost, timescale, and technical-framework constraints.
- Capture current-state and target application, data, and technology architectures for assigned projects.
- Assure that functional and technical designs are acceptable and fit for purpose.
- Provide Project Technical Authority leadership for IM&T solutions and associated suppliers and product teams.
- Liaise with internal and external IM&T suppliers and product teams.
- Support Project Managers with project plans, estimates, schedules, and technical governance.
Requirements
- Experience delivering IM&T solutions and associated architecture deliverables.
- Experience in the design, development, testing, and release of information systems.
- Knowledge of and experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Understanding of the IM&T and software development lifecycle, including associated reviews, policies, standards, and governance processes.
- Previous technical leadership experience, such as acting as a Technical Authority.
