Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Corporate/New Business sales team as a technical expert.
- Understand and address customer challenges, particularly for development and product teams.
- Provide product demonstrations that align with customer needs.
- Answer technical questions from customers and partners.
- Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for complex use cases.
- Provide feedback to product management for enhancements.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with the team.
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market trends.
- Support marketing events and act as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 8+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills in a pre-sales role.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Experience deploying applications in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with network security protocols such as OAuth and SAML.
- Experience with REST APIs and SDKs.
- Hands-on development experience in web, mobile, or backend technologies.
- Understanding of core security concerns in applications.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence in presenting to experts.
- Territory management skills and pipeline building experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
