Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automated quality tests before product launches.
- Identify, report, document, and track bugs and feature requests during software development.
- Use test frameworks to run test cases, compile results, and analyze failures.
- Develop or use tools to import, process, visualize, and analyze raw process data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in computer science, engineering, or information technology, or work history demonstrating proficiency in software testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven scripting and program-debugging skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data/database technologies.
- Basic knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript, including related libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with WebDriver IO or Playwright.
- Verbal and written fluency in English and the ability to collaborate with teams in Costa Rica and the United States.
