Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve software-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist with implementing support processes that improve service delivery.
- Participate independently in team discussions, knowledge sharing, and subject-matter expertise development.
- Align generative and agentic AI capabilities with business objectives while considering scalability and responsible use.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Strong grasp of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
