Responsibilities
- Build and own product functionality across compelling user interfaces and efficient, flexible, scalable backend processing logic.
- Develop integrations between Asana and valuable function-specific tools.
- Participate in every stage of product development with product managers, designers, user researchers, data scientists, and partner teams.
- Write clean, high-quality code and improve existing codebases.
- Contribute to the growth and inclusive culture of Asana’s Warsaw office.
Requirements
- At least four years of full-stack experience building user-facing products in large, well-maintained codebases, with integration development preferred.
- Professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React and Node.js, or Scala.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional and cross-time-zone collaboration.
- Sound autonomous judgment when balancing speed with quality and maintainability.
- Passion for user experience, attention to detail, curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, and willingness to learn and apply them.
