Senior Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Act as lead architect for customer engagements by coordinating and aligning multiple architects.
- Evaluate business and technical requirements and design scalable, standardized solutions.
- Guide solution vision, implementation approaches, project direction, and key architecture artifacts.
- Direct early solution evaluation and proactively manage issues with executives, account teams, engineering, and product management.
- Advise enterprise customers, architects, and business users on security, performance, development processes, and application governance.
- Coordinate with project and engagement managers on planning and implementation.
- Mentor customers, partners, and colleagues in technical delivery, communication, and executive influence.
- Lead or contribute to internal innovation, strategic branding, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities when required and participate in community volunteering activities.
- Travel regionally and occasionally internationally based on customer needs.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the public sector or health industry is advantageous.
- Experience with enterprise architecture areas including cloud, integration technologies, and master data management.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Experience guiding customers and project members in evaluating and deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
- Ability to work independently and in a distributed team while taking ownership of problems.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
- Ability to ramp up on Salesforce products through certifications and practical scenarios.
- Detailed understanding of Web Services, data modeling, cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise application integration concepts.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools such as ESBs or ETL tools and integration patterns involving CMS, ERP, HRIS, and DWH/DM systems.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level, mid-level, and other key decision-makers.
- Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions.
- Salesforce Industries and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Affiliation with industry forums such as TM Forum, including SID and eTOM, is preferred.
- TOGAF and Industry Architecture qualifications are preferred.
- Agile Methodology certification such as Scaled Agile Framework is preferred.
