Responsibilities
- Architect, build, maintain, and improve high-performance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Design and develop AI-powered assistants and copilots using RAG, agentic AI, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Build AI evaluation frameworks and automated testing pipelines.
- Manage application lifecycle processes and integrations using GitLab CI/CD and pac CLI.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, enterprise systems, APIs, knowledge repositories, and custom connectors.
- Maintain data security, compliance, optimization, environment structure, and enterprise engineering standards.
- Guide customers and colleagues on AI capabilities, prompt engineering, grounding techniques, and responsible AI practices.
- Share best practices and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- At least 1 year of experience developing AI/LLM-based solutions.
- Working knowledge of Copilot Studio and prior software engineering or platform engineering experience.
- Experience with GitLab, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol, custom agents, orchestration, and markdown-based skill frameworks.
- Experience integrating Dataverse, Snowflake, SQL Server, REST APIs, JSON services, and custom connectors.
- Power BI knowledge, including DAX, Power Query (M), and dimensional data modelling, is advantageous.
- Desirable experience with Pro Code Apps, Microsoft Foundry, Snowflake Cortex AI, n8n, or UiPath.
- Strong analytical, communication, continuous-improvement, and innovation-oriented skills.
