Responsibilities
- Develop and train machine learning models for learned behavior systems.
- Implement production-quality ML code for model training and evaluation.
- Analyze model performance and propose improvements.
- Contribute to model training pipelines and data workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to test and evaluate learned behavior models.
- Integrate learned behavior models into simulation and testing workflows.
- Support the development of tooling and infrastructure for experimentation.
- Participate in technical discussions on model architecture and training strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 4+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience applying machine learning techniques to robotics or autonomous systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch.
- Experience training and evaluating ML models using large datasets.
- Understanding of ML architectures used in autonomy systems.
- Experience debugging model behavior and analyzing performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
