Base Salary
$128k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure application performance and reliability.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Manage and automate application operations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience with SQL databases.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
- At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- At least 1 year of experience with an LLM engine, including the ability to demonstrate steps executed for a real use case.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Financial services industry experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Full-time, direct-hire employment with no contract option for unsolicited agency submissions.
- Salary range of $128,000–$216,000 for employees in New Jersey and New York; ranges may differ in other states.
- Eligible associates may receive an annual incentive opportunity delivered as cash bonus and/or equity awards.
