Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance, process, and IT teams to convert requirements into practical technical designs.
- Lead solutioning for project rollouts from solution design through implementation.
- Analyze complex changes and troubleshoot issues across SAP Finance solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with METRO’s global template, enterprise architecture, SAP best practices, and compliance standards.
- Explain technical concepts to executives, business users, and technical teams.
- Oversee SI partner delivery by reviewing and approving requirements refinements, design documents, transports, and customizing documentation.
- Design and implement SAP Finance solutions supporting the LUCA SAP S/4HANA upgrade program.
- Optimize standardized financial processes with a focus on subledgers and Accounts Receivable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience with SAP AP, AR, and SD.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Indirect Procurement.
- Hands-on implementation and application support experience.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Familiarity with Serrala’s Autobank is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Finance-related SAP certifications are advantageous.
- Retail industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
