Base Salary
$70k - $90k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature implementation across the full stack.
- Design, implement, and interpret A/B tests to drive product decisions.
- Optimize and scale application performance across the backend and frontend.
- Collaborate with designers and product leadership to bring designs to life.
- Use AI tools and agents to improve development speed and delivery.
- Contribute to an engineering culture focused on rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Have strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and systems thinking.
- Have 5+ years of experience building and shipping real products.
- Be fluent in at least one backend and one frontend stack; TypeScript, Python, Node, and React experience is a strong signal.
- Have experience with relational databases, SQL, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
- Have hands-on experience using AI tools to build and ship products as part of the development workflow.
- Have excellent English communication skills and experience collaborating with English-speaking teams.
- A CS or engineering degree is a plus but is not required.
