- Deep understanding of Linux.

- Experience in high-performance software (RTB, HFT, etc.).
- Software engineering experience with reliability expertise.
- Strong observability instincts.
- Ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in workflows.
- Track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work.
- High integrity and ownership regarding sensitive data.
