Responsibilities
- Build and operationalize AI agents for Treasury use cases such as cash forecasting and workflow automation.
- Deliver solutions end-to-end, from prototype to implementation and handoff.
- Automate manual Treasury processes by identifying high-impact opportunities and designing scalable solutions.
- Drive TFin AI strategy by maintaining a prioritized backlog of automation opportunities.
- Design and maintain knowledge layers and data pipelines to improve agent accuracy.
- Independently scope automation opportunities and balance speed with quality.
- Explore and prototype emerging AI applications to address Treasury challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, data science, or treasury and finance roles.
- Experience with emerging AI tools, conversational interfaces, and automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of AI fundamentals, including deep learning and natural language processing.
- Familiarity with modern data tools such as Python and ETL/ELT processes.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and pipeline logic.
- Track record of independently scoping and delivering technical solutions.
