Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define requirements and manage the end-to-end pipeline for high-quality datasets.
- Engineer web-scale data pipelines and apply synthetic generation techniques.
- Coordinate and manage a human annotation workforce, including authoring guidelines and QA.
- Build data processing and cleaning pipelines to align datasets with production needs.
- Analyze production logs and datasets to identify failure patterns and data collection opportunities.
- Apply linguistic judgment to assess the naturalness of outputs and produce preference data.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to drive modeling innovation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in computational linguistics or language data processing.
- Fluent in writing scripts for data processing and leveraging models for synthetic data generation.
- Native-level command of English with the ability to make linguistic judgments.
- Strong applied ML background in language or audio modeling is preferred.
- PhD in Computational Linguistics or a related field is a plus.
- Experience managing human annotation and evaluation teams is beneficial.
