Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end pipelines for creating high-quality text and audio datasets for voice-agent use cases.
- Engineer web-scale data pipelines and use synthetic generation techniques to create training and evaluation data.
- Manage human annotation workforces by authoring guidelines, setting quality targets, and quality-assuring annotator output.
- Build data-processing and cleaning pipelines aligned with production needs across use cases, languages, and domains.
- Analyze production logs and curated datasets to identify failure patterns and high-value data-collection opportunities.
- Use linguistic judgment to assess naturalness and humanlikeness and create preference data.
- Partner with researchers and engineers throughout modeling iterations.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in computational linguistics, language data processing, or a similar field, including hands-on work with large-scale text and audio datasets.
- Strong technical ability writing data-processing scripts and leveraging models for synthetic data generation.
- Native-level command of English and the ability to make decisive linguistic judgments about natural voice-agent conversations.
