Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to strengthen the technical aspects of the sales process.
Work with customer and prospective-customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
Create technical demonstrations that communicate the value of ElevenLabs products.
Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
Build self-service tools and documentation to help customers implement solutions independently.
Identify recurring integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to productize them.

Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
Enjoyment of working directly with customers on technical problems and tailored solutions.
Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
Strong technical background in software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
Customer experience, including experience from student clubs or side projects.
Proficiency in Python.
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
