Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Design, implement, configure, customize, and integrate company and partner platforms, products, accelerators, and reusable assets.
- Drive complex solution initiatives through discovery, design, development, deployment, adoption, optimization, and value realization.
- Provide technical guidance, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and influence solution decisions during customer engagements.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, delivery, and operations teams to implement and improve solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex business, technical, and operational challenges.
- Capture customer feedback and implementation learnings to improve products, platforms, methodologies, and delivery practices.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to best practices, implementation patterns, knowledge sharing, and reusable assets.
- Apply industry and domain knowledge to align solutions with workflows, regulatory requirements, operational realities, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, solution architecture, agile delivery, data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or related disciplines are advantageous.
- Deep experience in software engineering, solution architecture, consulting, customer engineering, technology delivery, or related technology disciplines.
- Advanced experience working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders in customer-facing environments.
- Advanced experience delivering complex solution engagements, including discovery, design, implementation, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
- Advanced experience implementing, configuring, integrating, extending, or customizing enterprise platforms, products, or technology solutions in customer environments.
- Experience translating business and domain requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Deep cross-functional collaboration experience across product, engineering, architecture, delivery, and business teams.
- Experience independently solving complex business and technical challenges in ambiguous situations.
- Advanced experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, reusable assets, methodologies, implementation standards, or best practices.
- Advanced experience providing technical guidance, mentoring, or knowledge sharing.

- U.S.-based compensation range is $118,000.00 to $218,000.00 USD annually, with a midpoint target of $168,000.00.
