Base Salary

$191k - $253k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop frontend applications for command-and-control systems, mission dashboards, and system health monitoring.
  • Build scalable backend services, secure APIs, and middleware for data flow across networks, edge devices, and cloud environments.
  • Extend Lattice OS and integrate Maritime systems, unmanned vehicles, sensors, mission systems, network devices, and classified cloud environments.
  • Implement and test mesh networking, fault-tolerant data pipelines, and edge-to-cloud solutions for classified operations.
  • Support corporate IT, networking, multinational deployments, exercises, customer engagements, and field testing.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network integration issues in real time.
  • Create integration guides, API documentation, deployment procedures, and engineering best practices.
  • Use lessons from operational deployments to contribute to future Lattice and Maritime systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering or systems integration.
  • Strong frontend development proficiency with technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong backend development proficiency with technologies such as Python, Go, or Node.js.
  • Experience with systems engineering, networking, security, and edge/cloud integrations.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and microservices.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or another cloud platform, preferably in secure or classified environments.
  • Working knowledge of network protocols, mesh networking, and secure communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Preferred: experience with Maritime platforms, unmanned underwater vehicles, undersea sensors, submarine systems, Lattice OS, autonomy or sensor-fusion operating systems, sovereign cloud environments, classified military networks, AUKUS collaboration, and multinational mission systems integration.
