Responsibilities
- Execute standard security solutions according to established playbooks for internal clients.
- Use authorized AI capabilities to support vulnerability analysis, synthesis, documentation, and security engineering workflows while validating outputs and protecting sensitive data.
- Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language.
- Analyze and correlate incident data to identify threats, vulnerabilities, probability, and impact.
- Support continuity-related awareness, training, education, and exercises.
- Apply reuse-first and AI-assisted practices to strengthen security testing, control validation, traceability, and auditability.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in security engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.
- Basic experience developing security engineering solutions.
- Working knowledge of authorized AI capabilities and the ability to validate AI-assisted code and security recommendations.
- Demonstrable coding ability in one or more programming languages.
- Experience across software development lifecycle execution, application resiliency, and security.
- Working knowledge of information and network security, IT risk management, and architectural concepts and patterns.
- Proficiency with approved tools for incident-data analysis and vulnerability assessment.
