Responsibilities
- Educate customers on Secure Development processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide formal client training to drive self-sufficiency within assigned accounts.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and solve quality, security, and compliance problems.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop custom solutions to integrate tools into SDLC and DevOps workflows.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing solution expertise in software testing and security.
Requirements
- Proven ability to deploy both SaaS and On-prem software solutions.
- Software development experience with at least two programming languages such as C/C++, C#, or Java.
- Strong scripting ability in one or more common scripting languages like Perl, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience with project scoping and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and DevOps tools.
- Strong client consultation and onboarding background.
- Ability to prioritize activities, set objectives, and meet milestones.
- Well organized with a track record of delivering project milestones on time.
- Understanding of open-source software libraries and their associated licensing.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science; Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without requiring sponsorship.
