Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for UI, API, and mobile testing.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and improve testing tools, methodologies, and services.
- Review user stories and contribute to backlog refinement, test strategies, test plans, and test coverage.
- Execute and document tests, identify and track defects, and provide feedback to delivery squads.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, testers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
- Support deployment activities, production transition, post-release validation, production testing, and support-team knowledge transfer.
- Ensure testing meets audit, compliance, regulatory, and risk-management requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as an Automation Quality Assurance Tester, preferably in financial services.
- Proficiency in Java and experience across test levels from unit through end-to-end.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Appium across UI and API tiers on desktop, web application, and mobile platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA practices, including testing in-house and vendor-based applications.
- Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and Oracle SQL; exposure to X-ray is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial messaging standards and domain expertise in Markets & Trading is preferred.
- ISTQB or related certification is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, collaboration across global teams, self-motivation, and a proactive willingness to learn.
