Base Salary
$250k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute on opportunities to accelerate delivery with AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to harness AI in new ways.
- Enhance the legibility of codebases and systems for AI integration.
- Optimize the balance between quality and velocity using AI tools.
- Stay updated on new AI tools/models and inspire their effective use.
- Guide the company in making informed technology decisions.
- Promote an AI-forward culture within the organization.
Requirements
- 5 to 15+ years of industry experience, particularly in infrastructure/platform engineering.
- Daily use of AI models/tools with strong intuition on their applications.
- Proficiency in Python and willingness to learn other languages like Rust and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of the work of technical and business teams.
- Broad knowledge of typical stacks used in AI product and applied research.
- Focus on improving software legibility and reducing process brittleness.
- Experience in navigating exploration-exploitation tradeoffs.
