Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow multi-cloud compute infrastructure supporting ML model training, computational chemistry research, and drug discovery.
- Develop monitoring, resource allocation, and deployment automation configurations and procedures.
- Support autoscaling compute clusters handling increasingly large workloads.
- Build and improve orchestration scheduling frameworks for execution throughput, reliability, and compute utilization across heterogeneous pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure at scale, such as within AWS or GCP.
- Proficiency with Python, Bash, Terraform, Ray, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred experience building and maintaining compute clusters for distributed ML training jobs with 1,000+ GPUs.
- Nice-to-have hands-on experience with physical hardware and datacenter management.
