Responsibilities

Manage IAM service performance by defining and analyzing operational KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs.
Administer and support enterprise IAM platforms including IdP, PAM, IGA, and PKI systems.
Perform day-to-day IAM operational activities and contribute to the strategic IAM roadmap.
Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for IAM-related issues.
Own the lifecycle management of IAM services including maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring.
Partner with business stakeholders to adapt IAM controls and policies.
Develop and maintain documentation and operational procedures.
Deliver new IAM services and features to meet evolving business requirements.
Oversee access reviews and identity lifecycle management processes.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Lead problem management efforts and conduct root cause analysis.
Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for 24/7 support.

3-5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IAM platforms.
Proven ability to define and report on SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.
Familiarity with incident and problem management efforts.
Experience in structured change governance processes and risk assessment.
Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
Nice to have experience in Infrastructure as Code and automated configuration management.
Technical experience with scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Experience driving service reviews and stakeholder communications.
Strong documentation and governance experience.
