Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain equipment-side ServiceTools for diagnostics, configuration, calibration, monitoring, software deployment, and remote service.
- Develop and maintain diagnostic and calibration service interfaces and improve equipment maintenance and field-service efficiency.
- Implement service tools across SoC Linux and MCU FreeRTOS environments with consistent and compatible service capabilities.
- Develop remote diagnostics and maintenance features, including status monitoring, parameter configuration, log retrieval, fault diagnosis, and online maintenance.
- Design Linux-to-MCU service data exchange, state synchronization, cross-platform data processing, and upgrade workflows.
- Implement system-level diagnostics, health checks, fault analysis, log collection, and issue localization.
- Support field service teams with equipment deployment, troubleshooting, regression validation, abnormal recovery, and software issue resolution.
- Contribute to the evolution of platform service capabilities, interfaces, diagnostic mechanisms, and remote maintenance functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, electronics engineering, automation, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of embedded software development experience.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and experience developing for Linux and MCU platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing stable equipment-side service capabilities and ServiceTools.
- Experience developing and integrating services across SoC Linux and MCU FreeRTOS environments.
- Experience designing service interfaces for diagnostics, configuration, calibration, and software deployment, including service invocation, state management, and parameter synchronization.
- Knowledge of communication interfaces, state synchronization, and cross-platform data processing between Linux systems and MCU controllers.
- Understanding of software deployment, version upgrades, environment adaptation, abnormal recovery, and field maintenance processes.
- Strong problem analysis and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions based on field requirements.
