2026 Robotics Engineer Intern
Anduril IndustriesResponsibilities
- Contribute to software-enabled solutions deployed to customers and optimize delivery of value to end users.
- Design and develop existing software services across Anduril.
- Develop software that runs on and off robotic platforms.
- Contribute to robotic software and hardware, including lifecycle testing, monitoring, and operation.
- Build test and simulation fixtures operating with software- and hardware-in-the-loop.
- Support product manufacturing and deployment.
- Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, and Software Engineers.
Requirements
- Pursuing tertiary education in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Approaching final year at the time of the internship.
- Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, concurrency, testing, and robotics engineering at a strong undergraduate level.
- Experience writing software in one or more of C++, C, Rust, or Python.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
- Preferred experience with autonomous vehicles, motion planning, sensors, signal processing, computer vision, or mechatronics.
- Demonstrated motivation to learn, curiosity, ownership, and bias for action.
