Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical design specifications aligned with product and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance, platform convergence, and planning across engineering initiatives and feature delivery.
- Identify application improvements and provide actionable recommendations to development teams.
- Assist, mentor, and provide technical direction to development staff delivering product features.
- Lead technical conversations, design sessions, code reviews, and efforts to improve engineering quality.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive leadership, peers, and development teams.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact while improving software development and operational practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of .NET full-stack development experience is required.
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing and implementing reliable, scalable systems, including architecture and design patterns.
- Fluency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architecture and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance assessments is preferred.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth is preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments is preferred.
