Base Salary

$125k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions and integrations supporting internal business operations.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Membership Services, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and automation to improve business efficiency.
Maintain reliability, performance, and security across NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Boomi, and other business systems.
Develop production-quality web applications and work on relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
Collaborate with engineers to establish best practices, improve engineering processes, and iteratively deliver features.
Provide direct and indirect mentorship to engineers on the team and neighboring teams.

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with API design, integrations, or middleware in a business systems environment.
Experience with relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
Experience developing large-scale, production-quality web applications.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and solve problems effectively.
Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, ownership, and cross-functional working skills.
Commitment to using AI tools in day-to-day work while maintaining high-quality standards.

U.S. base salary range of $125,000–$175,000, plus benefits and a generous equity package.
Full-time position based in WHOOP’s Boston, Massachusetts office, with relocation required if necessary.
