Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Review user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to identify testing objectives and quality risks.
- Create and maintain test cases, test data, and test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automated UI and functional tests using approved frameworks and tools.
- Execute manual and automated test suites and analyze results for defects and quality concerns.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
- Validate application data and test outcomes using SQL queries and database analysis.
- Document, prioritize, track, and verify software defects throughout the defect lifecycle.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and quality engineers to investigate and resolve issues.
- Improve test coverage, test environments, automation reliability, quality processes, and reusable testing assets.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, team planning, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn and apply source control, build, deployment, and modern software delivery practices.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required.
- A relevant degree is preferred.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and software development lifecycle methodologies is required.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, C#, Java, or a similar language is required.
- Interest in software quality engineering, test automation, and automated testing frameworks is required.
- Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, SQL, relational databases, Git, web applications, APIs, HTTP concepts, browser developer tools, CI/CD concepts, or automated build pipelines is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional Agile teams is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
