Base Salary

$108k - $135k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize Ironclad workflows and automation rules.
  • Own end-to-end Ironclad contract lifecycle management functionality.
  • Architect and maintain integrations between Ironclad and Salesforce.
  • Translate contract policy into scalable workflow logic with Legal and Deal Desk.
  • Develop Ironclad API integrations and data syncs to internal systems.
  • Partner with Salesforce engineering to ensure consistent data models.
  • Optimize CPQ-to-CLM processes for efficiency.
  • Build scalable, audit-compliant solutions using best practices.
  • Analyze contract lifecycle bottlenecks and implement automation.
  • Establish best practices for Ironclad workflow design and governance.
  • Create operational dashboards to support leadership.
  • Provide documentation and training on CLM functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and ITGC standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact CLM improvements.
  • Maintain relationships with Legal, Sales Ops, and Compliance teams.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven features in CLM platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in building and managing CLM solutions.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ironclad.
  • Deep expertise in Ironclad workflow configuration and templates.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and contract lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in building secure, scalable enterprise workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex contract processes into maintainable CLM logic.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and automation tools.
  • Experience with SOX, audit controls, and change management.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
