Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability discovery and risk management for business-related applications and mobile apps.
- Provide security assurance and support for key projects.
- Build and improve SDLC security systems and processes and mitigate risks during design and development.
- Assess architectural security and build security-related capabilities and processes.
- Perform security assessments, code audits, penetration testing, vulnerability discovery, and attack-and-defense drills.
- Track security trends and vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents, provide technical analysis, and coordinate resolutions across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Solid understanding of common web, mobile application, and system vulnerabilities and their remediation.
- Hands-on white-box auditing skills and ability to review Python, Go, Node.js, or Java code.
- Ability to automate repetitive security tasks.
- Experience with SDLC or DevSecOps security practices, including policies, controls, and scanning tools.
- Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams and solve technical problems analytically.
- Preferred: experience building or optimizing SDLC or DevSecOps security programs at scale.
- Preferred: specialized expertise in application security, data security, privacy compliance, or architecture security.
- Preferred: experience with red-team and blue-team exercises, incident response, or security operations across regions.
- Clear communication, collaboration skills, professional ethics, and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
