Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship growth experiments across the full user journey from onboarding through retention.
- Develop engagement features involving gamification, personalization, and cross-feature interactions.
- Build and run A/B tests at scale and instrument features for measurement.
- Prototype rapidly, put ideas in front of users, gather feedback, and iterate.
- Translate business and product challenges into engineering solutions while coordinating with Marketing, Data, Business, Product, and Design.
- Support international expansion by adapting the product to local markets and helping infrastructure scale across geographies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a B2C product.
- Experience working with production constraints, shipping features end-to-end, and owning their outcomes.
- Comfort working across the front end, back end, and infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to instrumentation, experimentation, and decision-making.
- Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems, learn new domains quickly, and take ownership of business outcomes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with Product, Design, Data, and other stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, openness to feedback, and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
