Responsibilities
- Support production operations for business-critical applications, services, integrations, and enterprise software platforms.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, and service issues across multiple environments.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health, analyze alerts, and improve monitoring coverage.
- Implement fixes, configuration updates, maintenance activities, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and support partners to resolve issues and implement projects.
- Analyze recurring incidents, operational metrics, and trends to improve stability and performance.
- Participate in release validation, testing support, change management, incident response, bridge calls, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.
- Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system runbooks.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Support project research, analysis, testing, documentation, and operational readiness activities.
Requirements
- Experience using ticketing, incident management, or change management systems.
- Experience supporting web applications, APIs, SFTP, and enterprise software platforms.
- Experience supporting pipelines via ADO/GitHub.
- Experience supporting Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools and experience reviewing logs and troubleshooting production incidents.
- Basic understanding of networking, servers, cloud platforms, databases, and application architecture.
- Scripting, automation, or process improvement experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, collaboration, and customer-service skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and learn new technologies.
