Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement features.
- Lead the team in establishing a technical vision for application performance and security.
- Continuously improve design, implementation, testing, and monitoring of features.
- Enhance the performance of key features using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Take leadership on delivering roadmap items with the team.
- Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap creation for upcoming quarters.
- Provide expertise and co-build solutions with other teams.
Requirements
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Expert knowledge of Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of web technologies and software development life cycle.
- User-first mindset focused on delivering value through secure and well-tested code.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in Platform Engineering or with a Platform engineering team is preferred.
