Responsibilities
- Set and enforce coding standards for clean, maintainable code.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in full-stack Java and web technologies.
- Experience in building and scaling distributed systems.
- Knowledge of performance optimization in large codebases.
- Experience with AI/ML integration into workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language.
