Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of medium- to large-scale software solutions integrating enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, and automation technologies.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Lead technical estimation, resource planning, solution costing, proposal development, and delivery forecasting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, implementation plans, and proposal materials.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while promoting engineering protocols, coding standards, and development practices.
- Lead technical reviews and discussions covering strategy, risks, scalability, operational readiness, and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions, technical workshops, and training on architecture, development standards, and solution delivery.
- Support development-to-production transitions, deployment, operational support, and long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to improvements in software development processes, tooling, templates, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Strong experience designing enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages, APIs, cloud platforms, and software integration patterns.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with technical estimation, solution planning, and delivery forecasting.
- Experience with test-driven development, Ruby, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, Cosmos, and C#.
- Experience hosting and configuring Azure resources.
- Strong communication, teamwork, collaborator management, and multitasking skills.
- Preferred experience with warehouse automation, supply chain systems, or enterprise logistics platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and system integration frameworks.
- An advanced degree or equivalent technical certifications is preferred.
