Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build scalable, performant, secure web products as a founding full-stack engineer.
- Own stability, scalability, security, and reliable synchronization of billions of customer records from SaaS tools.
- Contribute to architecture, design decisions, coding, and product and engineering quality strategy.
- Work directly with customers and the go-to-market team to solve complex technical problems.
- Take end-to-end ownership of core products and mentor junior engineers.
- Create abstractions, systems, tools, and processes that help engineering teams scale and reduce complexity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building high-quality software.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including architecture, abstractions, performance, reliability, and complexity management.
- Comfort working across frontend and backend technologies, including TypeScript, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Vue.
- Experience helping engineering teams scale through code, systems, abstractions, tools, or processes.
- Interest in agentic AI, LLM applications, and emerging technologies; MCP or AI-agent experience is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ownership, customer focus, creativity, resourcefulness, and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to mentor engineers and contribute across technical and non-technical areas.
