Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend engines, distributed systems, and high-throughput production data pipelines.
Own architectural governance, system scalability, resilience, modularity, and performance for complex data workloads.
Pioneer and embed agentic software development workflows, tools, and solutions across the engineering lifecycle.
Design frameworks that allow autonomous AI agents to build, test, and deploy end-to-end features with deterministic production guardrails.
Guide multiple parallel engineering streams and technical projects while maintaining delivery velocity.
Lead backend guild sessions, mentor senior and staff engineers, and drive internal technical knowledge sharing.
Execute hands-on critical-path engineering work with high speed and quality.

Proven experience designing and scaling complex, large-scale distributed production systems under heavy load.
Deep technical expertise in backend architecture, scalable systems, and intensive data workloads.
Practical familiarity with agentic engineering concepts, tools, LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and prompt-to-production paradigms.
Strong architectural problem-solving ability and experience serving as a technical authority or sounding board.
Passion for mentoring engineers, cultivating talent, and leading technical communities.
