Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing software solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for immediate and broader teams.
- Manage team performance, mentor junior members, and support skill development.
- Evaluate and implement software development best practices to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models is required.
- Experience with Python on Azure and AI Agents & Workflow Integration is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
