Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend services using Python and/or Go.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, AI/ML, and product engineering teams.
  • Contribute to production systems serving users globally.
  • Apply principles of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Own meaningful projects from design through production.

Requirements

  • Be a fresh graduate.
  • Have a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
  • Be proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
  • Have hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Preferred: exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
  • Preferred: experience building backend applications, APIs, or developer tools.
  • Preferred: open-source contributions or strong personal engineering projects.
  • Preferred: interest in AI, developer infrastructure, or large-scale systems.
