Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services using Python and/or Go.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, AI/ML, and product engineering teams.
- Contribute to production systems serving users globally.
- Apply principles of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Own meaningful projects from design through production.
Requirements
- Be a fresh graduate.
- Have a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
- Be proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Have hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Preferred: exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
- Preferred: experience building backend applications, APIs, or developer tools.
- Preferred: open-source contributions or strong personal engineering projects.
- Preferred: interest in AI, developer infrastructure, or large-scale systems.
