Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations, custom objects, scripts, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, forms, fields, and new functionality.
- Configure NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications to support business requirements and unique business processes.
- Design and implement integrations, financial-system enhancements, billing tools, and quote-to-cash roadmap projects.
- Analyze application behavior, troubleshoot software issues, and improve system performance, stability, scalability, security, and data integrity.
- Manage configuration and customization changes, roles, permissions, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide reporting, data analysis, business-process mapping, continuous-improvement support, and change-management assistance.
- Coordinate with user groups and management, provide proactive and reactive user support, and deliver training.
- Assist with test-case creation and User Acceptance Testing to validate system configuration objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of NetSuite experience, including at least 3 years of NetSuite development experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SuiteScript, and the SuiteCloud customization platform.
- Familiarity with integration strategies and web services including XML, SOAP, WSDL, and REST.
- General knowledge of building and maintaining front-end and back-end web applications.
- Hands-on experience designing solutions, installing software, and performing data migration in software delivery environments.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git for code branching and deployment.
- Experience with system implementation, system integration, IT transformation, and translating business needs into IT deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, take initiative, and advise users on customizations versus native functionality.
- Preferred certifications include NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, NetSuite Administrator, and ERP Consultant.
