Base Salary

$105k - $124k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain front-end applications, UI frameworks, reusable component libraries, and shared design systems.
  • Own the end-to-end UI development lifecycle and produce scalable, maintainable, high-performance code.
  • Translate Figma designs, wireframes, and UX requirements into responsive, accessible, pixel-perfect interfaces.
  • Partner with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver consistent digital experiences.
  • Integrate front-end solutions with Java/Spring Boot microservices through secure REST API integrations.
  • Analyze UI/UX issues, customer feedback, and performance metrics to improve user experiences.
  • Conduct code and design reviews, mentor team members, and promote front-end best practices and engineering standards.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools and contribute to secure, compliant, accessible, and reliable enterprise solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development.
  • Experience with Next.js, Redux, React Query, Context API, Zustand, micro-frontend architectures, design systems, and reusable component libraries.
  • Advanced knowledge of Tailwind CSS, SCSS, Styled Components, and Material UI.
  • Experience with accessibility, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, front-end performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Proficiency integrating REST APIs and implementing authentication with OAuth and JWT.
  • Experience translating Figma designs and UX requirements into production interfaces.
  • Experience using GitHub Copilot, Copilot Agents, and generative AI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Eight to ten years of overall experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React JS, plus a minimum of five years of hands-on ReactJS experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, scalability, reliability, and maintainability skills.
