Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise client CIOs, CTOs, and executive leaders on technical roadmaps and enterprise transformations.
- Serve as the executive technical authority for complex enterprise engagements and lead systemic multi-system escalation resolution.
- Establish architecture, integration, cloud delivery standards, and best-practice frameworks across the software ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional programs with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Develop repeatable implementation blueprints and product enhancement recommendations from field experience.
- Partner with Sales leadership on pursuit strategies, scoping frameworks, and value engineering for high-value deals.
- Shape technical strategy with Google Cloud Platform and integration partners.
- Mentor senior consultants and architects and lead executive-facing workshops, process-flow design, and architecture-diagram development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of business or technical solutions implementation experience, including cloud architecture design, evaluation, and custom solutions development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related equivalent qualification, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of client and/or project management experience and demonstrated cross-functional leadership and technical standards development.
- At least 2 years of experience with scalable, resilient application architecture and DevOps practices.
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud platforms and/or APIs and at least 1 year of experience with containers.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, Java, JavaScript, and AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Ability to lead executive-facing workshops, design current-state and future-state process flows and architecture diagrams, support pre-sales scoping, and communicate technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification, Salesforce administration or technical experience including APEX, and at least 1 year of insurance-industry experience.
- Candidates with 8+ years of equivalent experience or 6+ years with an associate degree may qualify; the company also welcomes candidates without a traditional degree or tech background.
