Base Salary
$110k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage scalable and resilient identity governance solutions.
- Drive adoption of RBAC, ABAC, SOD controls, and just-in-time identity provisioning.
- Build backend APIs and services that expose identity capabilities to web, mobile, and partner applications.
- Develop identity lifecycle workflows for joiner, mover, leaver, approval, provisioning, and automated identity tasks.
- Integrate identity governance platforms with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Lead design sessions and technology reviews while providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Develop system designs, processes, and documentation for identity and access management.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and application teams to align integrations and solutions with organizational objectives.
- Build resilient, scalable architecture focused on innovation and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Six or more years of experience developing identity governance and access management solutions for large enterprises at scale.
- Three or more years of experience with architecture and design.
- Three or more years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
- Extensive experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta, including identity lifecycle management, access certification, and entitlement management.
- Experience with Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Experience integrating identity governance platforms with ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, AWS, and Azure.
- Fluency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Perl, or Bash scripting.
- Experience with microservices-oriented architecture, extensible REST APIs, DevOps concepts, cloud architecture, and software development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of developer tooling across task management, source code, build, deployment, operations, and real-time communication.
- Two or more years of experience with open-source frameworks is desired.
- Strong problem-solving, security risk mitigation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
