Responsibilities
- Lead architectural vision, roadmaps, standards, reference architectures, blueprints, and technical guardrails for cloud, platform, integration, and application modernization initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, governance standards, and target architectures.
- Guide hybrid-cloud, public-cloud, platform engineering, observability, automation, and integration architectures.
- Support large transformation programs, identify architectural risks and dependencies, and facilitate complex technical trade-offs.
- Coach architects, technical leads, and engineers while advancing architectural maturity and engineering excellence.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders, IT leadership, security teams, vendors, and delivery organizations.
- Assist with coding and implementing applications to lead by example.
Requirements
- Experienced and visionary technical leader with responsibility across cloud, platform, integration, and application architecture.
- Ability to translate business strategy into technology requirements and architectural initiatives.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and influence decisions across organizational boundaries.
- Ability to identify emerging technologies, improve engineering practices, and guide cloud-native architecture adoption.
