12+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a Tech Lead role.
Proven experience in designing and operating high-performance front-end systems.
Extensive knowledge of client-side technologies and modern frameworks (e.g., Javascript, Typescript, React).
Eager to work with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
Experience mentoring Senior and Staff engineers.
Ability to provide technical direction across groups and lead impactful projects.
Strong understanding of business impacts related to technology decisions.
Commitment to continuous learning and technical improvement.
