Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation across the PeopleSoft implementation lifecycle.
- Develop hands-on technical solutions using PeopleTools and system design skills.
- Translate business challenges and user stories into process and technical solutions and deliver capabilities each sprint.
- Analyze the impact of vendor-provided system updates and upgrades.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Requirements Analyst to minimize product customizations and develop novel solutions.
- Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex problems.
- Develop test scenarios and test cases.
- Correct data in critical situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts, or application process redesign.
- Three years of technical development experience with PeopleSoft HRMS ERP, including recent PeopleSoft 9.x experience.
- Five years of experience developing, prototyping, and testing solutions for information systems implementation.
- Two years of experience with Oracle and SQL commands.
- Technical development experience with Enterprise Service Bus technology and PeopleSoft implementation.
- Current and active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Experience with broad management skills, specialized functional and technical expertise, subject matter expertise, design and process documentation, unit testing, and customer-domain work is desired.
- PeopleSoft training or certification in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Workflow, Integration Broker, App Engine, Component Interface, PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleSoft Portal, PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management, or PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management is desired.
