- Define reusable capabilities for agent orchestration, tool and skill integration, runtimes, state and memory, human oversight, evaluation, observability, and production operations.
- Guide the integration and evolution of Mastra AI and LangChain/LangGraph while maintaining a coherent and extensible platform.
- Design a secure, extensible LLM Model Gateway with consistent model access, policy enforcement, observability, resilience, and governance.
- Drive model portfolio and economics decisions across SLMs, LLMs, hosted models, open-weight models, fine-tuned models, and specialized models.
- Own context engineering and enterprise knowledge strategies, including RAG, Graph RAG, search, and permission-aware retrieval systems.
- Set shared standards for security, privacy, governance, reliability, observability, evaluation, and human oversight across agents, models, tools, and data.
- Enable AI-assisted developer experiences for code understanding and generation, testing, code review, debugging, modernization, documentation, and release or operational workflows.
- Prototype solutions, validate architecture through working systems, review designs, resolve technical tradeoffs, and help deliver systems into production.
- Align engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure partners around platform strategy and delivery while mentoring engineers and technical leaders.
